Tribe Member of the Month
Each month, the entire Tito's Tribe nominates someone based on their work ethic and overall attitude to win the title of Tribe Member of the Month! A Tito’s Tribe Member of the Month is someone who goes above and beyond for the organization and our Tribe, all with a smile on his/her/their face, representing what Tito’s Burritos & Wings is really all about. This tradition helps bring us together in raising each other up to continue to grow both personally and professionally.
January 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our January Tribe Member of the Month is Emily Hernandez! Emily has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for about 5 months and her teammates have described her as being hardworking, determined and passionate about her job. Emily just recently completed training to become our newest Shift Supervisor at Tito’s Ridgewood. She loves to bake delicious cakes in her free time, and her favorite types of music are Spanish and Latin. Emily's favorite Tito’s menu item is plain Rippin’ Strips. MAHALO Emily!!
February 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our February Tribe Member of the Month is Meg Tobin! Meg has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for a little over a year as our AP/Office Coordinator. She was nominated by other members of the Tribe for her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly nature. She loves to watch HGTV in her free time, and her favorite musical artists are Celine Dion and Shania Twain. Meg's favorite Tito’s menu item is the Spicoli (no sour cream!). MAHALO Meg!
March/April 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our March/April Tribe Member is Juan Cano. Juan has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for 11 YEARS and has worked at all of our locations, whether it was a long-term position or to help out with a new opening! He most recently has been working as our Kitchen Supervisor at Tito’s South Orange, but will be leaving us at the end of the week to relocate to Pennsylvania. Juan was nominated for not only being very hard working, but also his level of care for the job and the people he works with. In his free time, he likes to go for walks and to sleep. His favorite type of music is pop. Juan’s favorite Tito’s menu item is our Gnarly wings..which is also what he said he will miss most about Tito’s - oh yeah, and the people! THANK YOU Juan - we wish you well and know you will be missed!
May/June 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our May/June Tribe Member is Daniela Ventura. Daniela has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for 2 ½ years and is our Production Supervisor at Sonic Wave Kitchen! She was nominated for her positive and energetic attitude, as well as being a team player who is always eager to learn. In her free time, Daniela likes to take photos and her favorite musical artist is Ariana Grande. Her favorite Tito’s menu item is mellow wings with a side of ranch. Mahalo Daniela!
July 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our July Tribe Member of the Month is Yonaid Hernandez. Yonaid has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for about 2 years and is a Back of House Team Member at Tito’s Boonton. He was nominated for being an incredibly hard worker who is always willing to go the extra mile for his team, and always with a smile on his face. In his free time, Yonaid likes to explore new cities and check out new and popular restaurants. His favorite musical artist is Rihanna and his favorite music genre is R&B. His favorite Tito’s menu item is the Bang Bang Shrimp. Mahalo Yonaid!
August/September 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our August/September Tribe Member of the Month is Brianna Feild. Brianna has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for about two and half years and is our Assistant Manager at Tito’s Boonton! Brianna was nominated for her friendly, positive attitude, and always being willing to help out where needed, no matter which store or department. In her free time, she likes to collect Pokemon cards. Her favorite musical group is the $uicideboy$ and her favorite musical genre is either rap or rock. Her favorite Tito’s menu item is our Bang-Bang Shrimp Taco. Mahalo Brianna!
October/November 2021 Tribe Member of the Month
Our October/November Tribe Member of the Month is Darrell. Darrell has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for about 4 years and is a Duder (and also in training to become a Shift Supervisor)! Darrell was nominated for his pleasant and friendly demeanor, along with always having a positive attitude throughout his time with us. In his free time, he likes to try new restaurants, listen to music, and relax. Darrell’s favorite musical artist is Kendrick Lamar and his favorite musical genres are Hiphop, Salsa, and Jazz. His favorite Tito’s menu item is the Original Loaded Nachos. Mahalo Darrell!

Our January/February Tribe Member of the Month is Zac Martin. Zac has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for five months and is the Food Production Manager for Sonic Wave Kitchen! Zac was nominated for always having an upbeat attitude, being an inspirational manager by always looking for ways to improve, and being a friendly team player. In his free time, Zac likes to snowboard. His favorite musical artists are Johnny Cash and A Day to Remember and his favorite musical genre is Alternative Rock. Zac’s favorite Tito’s menu item is the Miguelito Quesadilla. Mahalo, Zac!
May/June/July 2022 Tribe Member of the Month
Our May/June/July Tribe Member of the Month is Vicente Rodriguez. Vicente has been a part of the Tito’s Tribe for 13 years and is a BOH Team Member at our Morristown store! Vicente was nominated for being dedicated, loyal and always willing to do what is asked and go the extra mile for Tito’s. We are EXTREMELY grateful to have Vicente as part of the Tito’s Tribe for so long. In his free time, Vicente likes to hang out with his friends! His favorite movie is whatever is playing on TV on Sunday afternoons and his favorite musical genre is Reggaeton. Vicente’s favorite Tito’s menu item is The Bird is the Word. Mahalo, Vicente!
